While I do like to use electronic reminders for time criticals, I prefer to keep the below master copy in e-mail because it’s human readable and exportable to anything – plus it’s easy to edit from phones or elsewhere, and if you manage out of your inbox like I do, it means you can send yourself an e-mail and everything stays in one place. Using Tasks etc. in productivity suites, fragments your awareness of what you are signing up to do and where you look to find the next thing you need to do.
Plus, when you use this e-mail method, you always are backing up your previous version.
